3.4 Install issue

Hey guys havent been on since ut2 days and stopped by the other day and saw the installer download for 3.4. So i have downloaded and installed using the installer and cant join any servers because my install is missing zQ3UT33.pk3. It has included the pk3's from the other 3.x versions. I have not noticed a place to download this file when google searching and decided to post this maybe there is an issue from where i dl'ed the game which was from this link here:

Anyway any information to get me up and playing would be appreciated. Thanks! :D
