I've been looking for a scroll wheel weapon change script (Scroll up to toggle primary/secondary, down for pistol/nade), and I found one.
http://desrat.com/mo...d=fast_weapon_2
Unfortunately, it's from 2002, and doesn't exactly work in UrT4.0.  Anyone have the time to bring the script back into the future?  Not only am I lazy, but I've got no clue in hell how to script in quake  :-D

Thanks!

That script seems over-complicated, I'd go with:

/bind mwheelup ut_weaptoggle primary secondary
/bind mwheeldown ut_weaptoggle sidearm grenade

from a time those commands didn't exist maybe?

btw, why have 2 on the same? it's quite efficient to have different keys for primaries, secondaries, pistols, one for each nade and one for knife because you may want the 2nd in a rotation to come first but you get a default.

Thanks woekele... that's exactly the answer I was looking for.  Things have gotten easier, it seems.

it's true "accidental" dropping is different than intentional.
