My computer (on winxp) now also hard-crashes almost between every map. Btw, is there a cvar to turn the halftime-stuff off? For TS, its pretty useless, especialy for pubs =)
The server I admin is on Debian Linux I believe and its running TS and hasnt crashed so far...

[quote name='"ghozt"]no crashes here' date=' been running a full server for about 4 hours.[/quote']
I hate j00! hehehe just kidding
I just rewrote the server.cfg file and cleaned it up a bit. Guess we'll see what happens.
3.3 ran flawlessly for us. Hope we can replicate that stability under 3.4.
btw: we are running under windows server 2000, what are you running ghozt?

Well this is just a suggestion, but I hear if you set g_swaproles to 0 in the server config. Then restart the server, I hear this fixes the people getting booted off the server with various errors. If you do this keep in mind you'll no longer have the swap sides effect though I have yet to see that even work. Maybe it works in matchmode??? I don't know.

Ye, I have disabled swaprolel too on my TS-server, cuz it has no real use for public TS-play and it sometimes has a bug that all players cant move...
Also, I changed 3.3 to 3.4 in the description.txt both on server and my client. I removed every 3rd party map on my client. And so far, didn't have any crashes again.

The description.txt was updated to 3.4 and put in the 3.4 pk3 so it overwrites the old one.
I still haven't had a problem on the test server with g_swaproles turned on but it's easy for server admins to turn it off. Please read the 3.4 readme text which was included in the zip file that I gave Oswald for release. It should be in your Q3UT3 folder if you extracted the zip file to it.
