I am going to keep this simple and straightforward with one question:

How do we make our text appear in green/red/magenta/blue/black/cyan/white or any other kind of color?

Personally, I think this is rather important when we want to grab the attention of other people in-game.

^1 = red
^2 = green
^3 = yellow
^4 = blue
^5 = cyan
^6 = magenta
^7 = white
^8 = black

yep, use those codes before the text.
i think it only works with \team_say but not \say and i'm not sure about specific person chat tho.

Well, I don't think it works in team chat or regular chat
Correct me if I'm wrong.
But It does work with the radio and I have all my radio binds colored. Having all your text white and then your $health red makes it easy for your team to know how you're doing.
You can also color your name but it only shows up when you /disconnect or if you do a /rcon status. Your name also shows up in color if you watch GTV games through Urban Terror (Those who have done it will know what I mean, sorry if I made a mistake.)
Colors make it a little more fun, just don't go too wild with the colors
