Go in your ~/.q3a/q3ut4/q3config.cfg
Put your cURL location in the seta cl_cURLLib:
seta cl_cURLLib "/usr/lib/libcurl.so"
You might have to
locate libcurl
Then find your libcurl which will probably be something like
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libcurl-gnutls.so.3
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libcurl-gnutls.so.4
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libcurl-gnutls.so.4.8.0
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libcurl.so.4
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libcurl.so.4.8.0
Put one of those in and you should be good. I just symlinked so.4 to /url/lib/libcurl.so
