here is a zip of what i use, the readme has instructions on how to install it :)  (windows only)

unix / linux has: schedutils to manage the scheduler -- use taskset to set the processor affinity.

k , i just updated to 4.1, an noticed a big drop in fps. severs that were 90+ are now 60 an flakey. my speed has not changed. any one else notice this?

I just wanted to add that setting the affinity of the UrT process on one core (trough the process manager) is useless since UrT can't run on more than one core already. So in any way, the program will still run on only one core. This tip can be useful if you wanna make it run on a specific core, but otherwise, that's pointless.
Though I'm still wondering why this tip is in the official FAQ...
