how can I turn off the weathereffect in docks

Its a server option:

g_enablePrecip 0 
Set to 1 to enable rain, and 2 to enable snow. Works in conjunction with g_precipAmount. This will usually be set by a map, but has been left open so people can see the effects on maps not specifically designed for them. 



g_precipAmount 0 
Set to any number up to 1024 that will determine how many drops or flakes a player sees falling. Only works if g_enablePrecip is set. Players can cap this on their systems using cg_maxPrecip. This will usually be set by a map, but has been left open so people can see the effects on maps not specifically designed for them.

Nah, the CD's at the LAN were just f00ked. Once I got home, I burned my own and installed Windows in an hour or so. Now I just need to wait for the switch and cables to arive before I can get my PC online...
