I've had this happen twice in the last week. Playing TDM with FF off. An I will see a team mate die with the message Playername bled to death from VisionThing's attacks.

Not so huge that its a problem. But I am curious as to what may cause it.

You shoot him a bunch of times, but end up dying.

You then switch teams and join his team, he bleeds..

He died while you were on his team, teamkill

One possibly scenario..

I've seen this happen too, actually I've read it

Perhaps they were injured from a short fall and died that way? Yesterday on docks I kept getting injured and falling off buildings, but the server would say I killed myself. Others would ask why I kept suiciding but that wasn't the case. Odd.

That happens when you are bleeding, jump down building with damage and then bleed to death.
