Invalid CD Key Rate Topic: -----

Hello all,

Got a question, before i start i own a proper copy of Q3

Anyway, when i try to connect to some servers i get an invalid cdkey message. I go to Q3 to check cdkey, and its says its all fine. Back to UrT try to connect to one of the problem servers and i get the invalid CDkey msg again.

Anyone got any ideas?

Do a search in your quake direcory for 'q3key'. Remove, every file you find, start normal quake3, enter the key... and then start UrbanTerror and try again =]

afaik Q3A or Urban Terror or PB wants your q3key file only in the baseq3... copy it there and or remove from any other mod directory. That worked for me when I had that problem months and months ago.
