While you're digging around in the animations, why not change the UrT jump to a stride based jump -- as there's so much jumping in the game it would look a lot better then the goofy tuck your knees hop.

No, the Desert Eagle is a little bit oversized.
Not anymore
What you see are production photos with all the flaws that go along with it. The DE was actually scaled up to see how it compared to Tom based on relative size.
The DE is a cannon in real life but due to the size differences Between Tom and Sarah it looks right for Tom but looks big for Sarah.
However
What also makes some difference in scale is the FOV that you have your 1st person view set at. These shots were taken with an FOV of 110 but at 90 it looks close to what one would expect on a person the size of Sarah.

I wouldn't think that bothering too much with weapon sizes would make sense when the player models are somewhat out of proportion to begin with. Their hands are like the size of their whole head. The models look decent though and certainly suffice, I'm just saying that without a correctly proportioned human, it would be almost futile to try to get the gun sizes correct in relation to the human, imho.

Heads are WAY too small.
I think for the next urt (not 4.2, but the one after that) the player models should be improved. Proportions should be tweaked, and the textures should be improved.

Ya Tom and Sarah do need an overhaul considering that they are probably the original player models. Problem is with all the new animations coming that will already have an effect on the game dynamics it would be to much of a risk to change scale of the player models as the hitmesh would also need to be adjusted. It's just not a head its also a target.
