You could have done that with SMF. You didn't have to change forum platform. Oh well. Looks good though. Does have issues with scrolling and such.

These are not the only reasons, the back end is important to us now, it have many features that we require to take our site forward. Including certain services that help maintain a level of control that we find we require. SMF is a great peace of forum software, however, for what we need we decided that IPB would be the way forward.

The old SMF Software which is what we used did the job nicely, but due to the lack of administration tools at its back end we were plagued by never ending abuse. When I was brought onto the team, one of my goals is to effectively maintain our website.

The new forum software IPB (this one) is a purchased forum, similar to V Bulletin, which many people know and use. We need the administration features for future developments of our web presence and the move was made early to let us have the technology in place.

Rather than people just attack and slate us / forum why not give us your patience. Please stand by, the theme will not last for ever, but i refuse to release a *offical* theme on this board until its ready and tested!

I would like to make very clear that use of these forums is a privileged not a right. They are owned by the Development Team and use of them is at our sole discretion. So act as welcome guests please, unwelcome guests will be removed!

You have done a good job. Don't let them p*** you off.
