Opex I can't tell you where the leak is because I don't know. I noclipped out of the map noticing that the map was not auto caulked. What you need to do is in gtk go to build and build a bsp -meta stage it will draw a red line showing you the access to the void.

Maybe he cloned a brush by accident and that is causing that blur effect. Run brush cleanup to fix it, or look for that blurring effect in the map and delete the bad brush.
