hey guys i am trying to help out a clan by making funstuff for them but i do not know how and all the links on Google are broken and i already tried to search the forums (i searched "making funstuff on mac") and that did not work. so could anybody help me?

Download Blender I'm sure that works for Mac
then you want to google constuction tips for blender to learn how to make some basic boxes.
then you want to google uv unwrappng for blender so you can skin it.
then you want to google how to export to .md3 in blender.

once you've done all that and made your model ill tell you how you can get it into UrT

let me tell you its no piece of cake...
