me either, 'download starten' just gets me to an error page

yep. they are changing the download-ftp-server because of to many problems.
Will be back in a few hours/days, hehe.

Don´t worry ;)

If you want it fast, wait ´til Thursday or Friday, when Wolfseye will be back, even if not with URBANBASE, but with a Place where you will find all the stuff, you had on URBANBASE before.
