What a weird setup. Just as weird as the guy who uses his ring finger for right click. Also index finger is for middle button, noobs. Only way you can bandage + reload at the same time if you use m2 for bandage and m3 for reload. LIKE YOU SHOULD:D

What are you talking about? you can easily reaload while bandaging always, just hit bandage first and then reload. I have reload on R and bandage on F. Works just fine.

People find my setup a bit weird hehe. 

I use E S D F instead of  W A S D, since i got used to it from games where you needed far more keys, since that gives you access to more keys to the left.

The other "weird" thing, something so weird that people stared at me in disbelief for days after the revelation is that I use mouse2 (right) for jump and zoom on the 2 side buttons. My reason for this is simple, my right hand fingers are the ones with the lowest reaction time, the fingers right on the buttons even more so. If i were to click by accident, no big deal with jump, blindness with zoom. Plus i almost never use scoped weapons anyway.

number pad is for work; to enter lots of numbers.

say, you had to enter 5 pages of numbers on excel (and scan/OCR would even take longer, especially if it's handwriting). non-numpad sucks then.
