Here is my first try at making a combat map.
Main aspect was to make good run-paths (risky short ones with jumping, safe long ones, ...) for TS and CTF - but also Bomb, TDM, CAH ant FTL are supported.

There isnt much of the interieur done yet (hey! its only an alpha) and lighting is still a bit ugly, but the main aspect for a release was:
- Testing the play-flow in TS and CTF
- Getting feedback and suggestions for improvements.


All in all i tried to make an uptown-like map with a lot of fun running around.

Looks nice, the buildings lack details (windows, frames) and are too saturated causing it to look cartoony.

add some a lot of details, and it will be a decent map. GL and HF. :D

I think the windows look fine, but the buildings do look a little bit cartoony...it's almost like you used over-sized shower/bathroom tiles to texture the exterior.

I noticed in screenshot 7, there is a ledge in the middle of a ladder on the red building. When one climbs this ladder, what happens when they reach the ledge?

Everything looks huge imo, player is just like a little boy. Smallest room in your map is bigger than casa's patio ;) Players' paths are very limited because of size - cant go up because everything is too high, cant go down because I'll break legs.
Its just my own opinion, what other testers think?

I played nearly hour on the map. Maybe a bit confusing at first but very nice.

Forget about the rather tiny screenshots partly from to far away and the other statements, just play it!

About paths:
If you camp (like 2vs1) you can get pwned from both sides within 20 seconds after roundstart, so it is NOT too big.

And: all windows are breakable, nice for setting the enemy on the wrong track.


Could be a hell of a spawnrape map for TDM (just like uptown)

I just realized:
Even if it is still an ALPHA (stop whining about missing details or shaders plz) I like this map already more than I will ever like uptown!

Maybe you can add inside access to the building with the ramp on it with windows overlooking the black bombsite. Make sure you add furniture to the cubicles.Desks and such.
