if ANYBODY knows what to do about this stuff, it would be appreciated..

Read an earlier post where HornetOSX was saying to delete cdkey file.. I did that and still no luck..

the only thing i can think of is that it is case sensitive or something.. as the key on my Jewelcase is uppercase letters and not lowercase which is all you can seem to enter in the field where it requires it... you said to let you know if deleting the file didnt work.. so.. i hope i'm not being too much of a bother..

Also i'm getting a PB error code: A1336 C1.069 Error Loading Pbag

updated PB manually by downloading all the stuff for mac from the PB website and placing them in the proper pb folder. still no luck here.. I can get in and play about a minute before it kicks me.

remove ALL q3key files in ALL directories and reenter it in vanilla quake3.

went into finder, found all cdkeys and deleted them. then i re-entered my cd key one finger at a time and did it as carefully as possible.

still mis typed cd key message..

my cd case is grey with a big quake symbol in the center with a red and white sticker on it with the cd key. is that the right one??

doesnt seem to have a pb problem now though.. just the cd key is hanging me up...

do you have a firewall enabled ? if so disable it and test to see if the problem goes away . I think this has been an issue before.

if this solves it for you I'll have to look up the ports again .
