Launching 101 grenates possible (and spass also a lot), and with timescale lower, and a little bit bobroll 0.05, and thirdpersonrange, knockback very high, showtris or so? (seeing lines and through walls, i forgot the command) etcetera..... you get a lot of fun -)

Just wonder, I tried to type this in (/godmode) but it just said "unknown cmd"? How do I "activate" cheats?

Alicat15. Ask the serveradmin or anyone who can cyle to load the map like this:
/devmap ut4_arena2
Normal the map will be loaded like this: /map ut4_arena2
When map is loaded as a devmap, you can use some commands, but /godmode is not a (default) command, i think you wanna try /god
So, only a admin can 'enable' cheats. And you as client can use hem when activated
