Merge Passport Account....?

I registered to the old system under "GT-Rick", but the "-" key isn't valid on this system. How am I supposed to merge my account if I'm not able to use the same nick?

it's not the same nick that's the issue, they can do that, but both accounts need to have the same email.

I don't care about the name so much as just merging the two accounts. I used the same email, but I can't seem to merge the accounts to save my life.
