Can I get my Clan Page Deleted Please? :)

Another member made it and I can't edit it - he's inactive

Hi, I'm the leader of Tx2 Clan and one of my members registered the clan page on the passport system, and he is sort of inactive at the moment, I am listed as member and it's not edited as yet, is it possible to get this page deleted so I can re-register it?
