Clan After Tags

ok, a question, say a clan has different divisions, like for instance a columbia division or canadian division or whatever, and has an "after tag" along with the regular clan tag, such as (8) etc, where do we put these on our clan info so there also authorized?

I imagine you would have to make multiple "clans" on the passport, one for each division.
