Really? I click on the links and they are .pk3 files. I've never had the problem you're describing.

Sorry for the late reply. When I click on a map link, I get a page with numbers letters and symbols. I'm a noob on this one. I don't understand.

That's a problem on your end, I have no idea, sorry. When I click the links it opens a download window, asking me where I want to save. Maybe check the "Preferences" and all your settings in whatever web browser you use.

Its a sign you cant download it, a warning!
Boxtrot is not made for beginners.
I speak for myself ofcourse, but these kind of maps i did not find nice to play as a beginner, because it made me feel really noob compared to good jump fraggers. There are loads of other maps which does not make a big difference between the beginners and the more experienced (fast/jumpy) players.
But who knows, you are born for the game -)

OkI used Firefox. I have it. Thank you very much. In Safari I right clicked and was able to use the file. I had to rename it, removing the text at the end. Thank you again.
