I've tried everything; plugging directly to my modem instead of my router, changing the /cl_master from quake3arena and urbanterror in the config file, I've checked my security settings and made UT an exception, and changed the folder in which the UT files are saved from C: program files(x86) to my user account, and I'm on vista. I've tried searching for solutions on the forums and the internet, but to no avail. Any suggestions?

Did you type Get new list?

Nevermind, I had found what the problem was. Just had to change my name to my screen name on here. Ridonkulous, huh?
