nickname clarification

I kind of asked this before but didn't really get an answer.
I use the name Runamok on Urban Terror and have for a number of years.
and there's someone that signed up before I did on passport that uses the name Runamuk.
Currently in my nicknames I have Runamok, and Runamuk has none set.

Will I still be able to use Runamok or will I lose that name to him (as someone mentioned defaulting the passport account name as the first nickname)

Last I heard, the passport name does NOT register as a nickname. So you should be fine. If I have my facts wrong (hence they're not facts, then), let me know.
