Hello everyone!
I introduce a new small map: Shipwreck
My first idea with this map is to test the parallax mapping (see
http://forums.urbant...ppers-required/). That explains why this map is small and simple. But if it can make a new map for the community, why not. :happy:
I don't have a lot of time to update this map but I think publish the .map. I hope that will help all aspiring mappers.

from the you tube movie, I really like the atmosphere you put in there, and how you did the lighting. and finally a map where rain fits in again:)

I like it. I can't remember seeing rain in a map before. It would be sweet if the rain could be thickened up a bit?

Lots of promise. Too small for Me to use though :(

If you gave this a cool below decks, made it so that you could reach all 3 sides of the docks (maybe have a spawn point out there for tdm)... I'd probably immediately add this to main rotation on norcal 3rd party.

It reminds me of an older urban terror map that we used to play, but I can't recall the name.

I'm actually quite impressed nice work.

The upper ship control rooms player-to-world scale does seem off though.

Look at the size of the player model in comparison with the door.

Also the horizon seems too plain in areas. Understandable though considering this is a first beta.

Perhaps you can experiment with the prospect of having some lower decks to the ship?
Also adding some decals would help the map seems too repetitive.
