Passport error?

Help please?

Just fyi, this is a second account I made. So my problem is that when I try to login as "Imp", it wouldn't log me in, saying I had made a error, which I hadn't. And when I did the password recovery and try that, it shows this:

"Your login "Imp" is not the good one."

Could anybody please help? I have no idea what to do or how to fix it.
