I played that mod game first time...and i have very hard question to you....I know that i can use knife in ut 4.3 nut i do not know how......i check controls menu and there isn't any option....when i use next weapon...then i cannot use knife...please help.....

It's been taken out of the weapon cycle, make a bind for it.
/bind x weapon 1
should do the trick
or throw away all your other weapons if you want to, also makes you select knife
