Same as as any OS. Create new text file. Rename.

I'm on mac I have one .cfg for mac I downloaded somewhere in this forum. try to run a search. You can write your own, but if you are as new as I am, you'll better off with a pre-written one. Once you go through it and start to realize how it works, you can try to modify it.
