Dunno how much space is reserved for HD, but i think just as much as i got on my Mac ;)
Can't find the option anywhere, where i can choose max space for virtual windows... (i'de like it on...4 or 5 gigs)

I can't verify for Parallels, but for VMWare, it asks upon installation. After that, not sure if you can change it.

For those who are interested in the solution, here it is, (my dad helped :-) :
Start up windows xp, when it's started go into the mac-menubar: Virtual Machine => Run Parallels Compressor
Follow instructions and you'r done!

The fact that it got this big:
When windows uses memory, i takes it from your mac
Once it's in 'windows xp' it doesn't give it back. Not even when he doesn't use it anymore

So, to get your space back: compress!
and Voila! Tada, 30 minutes later you'r all set to get your HD full of other garbage.

Edit:
Tnx to all of those who helped me!!
Rlly appreciate it!
