Hello guys im new here
Someone recently passworded my clan server and none of us know what it is so none of the guys with rcon can connect.
Is there anyway for us to unpassword the server without actually connecting? say by putting in the IP and port then administering rcon commands from there?

Help would be much appreciated

/rconaddress <ip>:<port>

that will set ur client to send rcon commands to the server without being connected

That won't help if they don't know the rconpassword though.

Someone with root access to the server is gonna have to go restart it... or at least exec the server.cfg to clear the rcon.

where did he say they didnt have the rcon pass...

he said someone set a password on the server making so they couldnt connect...

all they have to do is what i said above, then type /rcon g_password "" and it will remove the password from the server

Then search the logs for the banker who set the password, and give him a good slapping.
