Hi

The first time I tried to register a passport I misspelt my email address, meaning I did not receive the email to activate the passport. I made a second with the user name Nicola but would really like to have the original name of Picola. If you check the email addresses for both user names you will find they are similar except one has a mistake. Is there anything you can do to help me, please?

We make you enter the email address twice, unless you copy paste which really makes this useless. You will have to wait up to 7 days for the account with the email address that is wrong to Expire, you will then need to raise a ticket requesting a Passport Name Change as soon as it becomes avalible.

I did it months ago so the other one should have expired ages ago.
