I noticed that all kinds of weird behaviors occur with them on unstable pings. I wonder if it's needed, or it'd be great help if they were unlagged.
For example, I notice that if you play with "precision cooking" you die very often by 'killed himself" if the ping is fluctuating a lot. Not sure if it's also packet-loss related, but I first suspect the latency difference.
So if someone is used to 'cooking in a certain way' a different ping may kill him or make him very ineffective. This is still partly speculation so it's a Suggestion-Query.

True but I'm affected from fps lag ,too.
Have you tested it with stable 125 fps.

Your stopwatch I sploded on around 3.5~ / 3.6~ seconds sometimes but the exploding time should be 4 seconds.
(not sure how correct the stopwatch will work in this case.)
