does nt work on my osx... Rate Topic: -----

Hello,

i put urt folder (mac last verison) into my /Applications/Quake3 folder.
i launch q3 select mod and then after choosng urt it goes back to my main screen..

why? i run truecombat perfectly for more than a year.

- what last mac version? you should get the 3.7 full zip.
- try to start it via a shortcut that goes like 'quake3 +set fs_game q3ut3'

my script..

-> /Applications/Quake3/Quake3 G4.app/Contents/MacOS/Quake3 G4 +set fs_game q3ut3

strange.

make sure that your quake3/q3ut3 directory has all the paks from zQ3UT3.pk3 through zQ3UT31 to zQ3UT37.pk3 (8 in whole)

yep the most common reason for the back to desktop problem, is no zq3ut3.pk3. The others are very important also.

Make sure the folder is named " q3ut3" without the quotes of course
