I have downloaded all files and when I launch the game it is just a blue and yellow page with no sound or anything.Please help.JIMMY

maybe its blue, white, and red ?
because if thats the case your files are either corrupted or you are missing quite some. (maybe you only downloaded the upgrade package and not the full version)

So here is what we could make use of in order to help you:

• OS
  
• Hardware
  
• Game version
  
• list of files you have (in the game directories)
  
• console logs (might be a bit difficult, if the game crashes instantly)
  
• screenshot

Stuff you could try/check:

• check the .pk3 files in the q3ut4 folder of your installation against this list
  
• also check your the md5 checksums against that list
