How can I unban people, using Rcon Rate Topic: -----

Hey,

A friend of mine&I made a server, running at my friend's pc. But my friend went on holiday for to weeks, yesterday:|. Tomorrow, someone banned me.(a hacker), and I can't get acces to the server. Another person, who is admin, too, has Rcon password, but how can he unban me using rcon? I do know my ip-adress.... Please help.
