i'm using enlightenment DR0.16.7.1 right now, alt-enter works on any window. its kinda nice, even this browser, i can fullscreen it. i was trying to play duke3d_w32 the other day with a friend cause icculus.org's duke3d port has issues in freebsd5.x, and while duke3d_w32 in wine won't run with "fullscreen" selected, i can just run it windowed and then hit alt-enter. so nice. anyway sorry for going off topic, but just telling of my success 
oh and of course i can alt-enter with q3a as well. (from fullscreen to windowed and back again, while in-game)
