Ok, but if this is cheating how do I know if a player is changing the hitbox? Why am I asking these questions, I have a clan and some players are vierão Clan who used this trick, so do not want this to affect the reputation of my clan. I'm against cheating in games, for example I use the default of Urban Terror. Thanks.

They can't. They need control of the server. They also need to know how to modify the server because that information is controlled by the server.

If they said that to you, then they are most likely lying to you (99.9999999999999%).
They are either:
A: Messing with you
B: Idiots
C: Created a hacked server
D: A and B (Most likely)

They say some players are changing the cfg to decrease the hitbox, it makes the opponent better than you. So that would be cheating?. Now if this is cheating how do you find out if the players are with their cfg changed?
