Ok have you tried...
Updating your GFX drivers manually ? (not using the windows 7 auto find)
If you copied your CFG etc across delete that...
also be aware that your cfg is also in %AppData%/Username/programfiles/
if none of that works for you 1st off, uninstall your drivers and then restart your machine ! and then reinstall them...
Also next time use the search function this has been covered before

You Need To Update Your Driver, Go To "Control Panel" Then Click "Device Manager/Mgr" Then Click On "Display Adapters These Will Show Your Drivers, Open GL Error Is Caused From Which The Driver is out Of Date Or The Screen Resolution Is Off, So Once You Open "Display Adapters" Right Click On The Driver, For Example, My Driver Is "Mobile Intel®
945GM Chipset Family" I Would Right Click It And Click "Update Driver Software", Although This May Take A Long Time And Alot Of RAM (Random Access Memory) But It Should Fix All Your Problems
If Your Wondering What It Looks Like, It Should Look Like This:
Hope It Works!

No emnesty this is what causes some of the problems....
you need to either go to
www.nvidia.com
or
http://ati.amd.com
and download the specific drivers for your GFX card

Agreed on both accounts.
