Err... What do the individual spacial assignments mean? Left-Center-Right?

I'm surprised I haven't been warned yet honestly.. I get pretty angry at people not following simple instruction or being too assumptive towards FS team (People that say "It's so easy" or "I could do it better" (referring to coding)) and I tend not to hold back as well as I should.. Just makes me mad..

Errr... I guess I digressed a bit (I do that often). I would like to know what the spacial placement representations are.. I'm assuming LEFT = VERY BAD... CENTER = WARNINGS .... RIGHT = DEFAUKT STANDINGS, but what are the actual definitions... I don't use this system on my site nor have I paid any attention to this type of status on any other site. I suppose it's recently piqued my curiosity.
