Yeah, windowed mode. Go to graphics setting and set "fullscreen" option to no. Hit apply after that.

I fixed it, I changes the settings in the NVIDIA Control Panel :biggrin: . That was one thing i didn't try. Sorry for wasting your time :sad: .
