Change of Administrator/Delete Group?

Small Problem!

Hi!
I have a small-ish problem, where I'm the Leader/Founder of the [Tx2] Clan, but one of my ex-members registered the clan as 'Mortalman' and his ISP has blocked access to this site, so he can't change anything, he's also not part of our clan anymore.

Is there any way to get the [Tx2] Group deleted so I can create a new one? or reassign the leader to being me?

If you require proof, I'm listed as the 'Site Owner' on my Website's forum (The website that is listed as the Website for the [Tx2] Clan) http://tx2urt.webs.c...ofile/38546825/ And I'm also listed as the 'Founder' on the Members area.

I don't have the ability to change you to owner, so Head Admin will have to suffice.
