Another add nickname issue

Hello. When I'm trying to add nickname 'Loony' to my nicknames, the system is telling me that name 'lotny' is already taken. I'm playing as 'Loony' for a long time, and want it to be registered in passport as my second nickname. Please, help me adding 'Loony' to my nicknames. Thanks.
