Does anyone else think UrT with killstreaks , lobbies , and some other CoD style stuff i.e. perks,bulletpenetration,and so on. would give it some kind of interesting twist? Think about it.

no. I wouldnt want to see anything from cod in urban terror. Especialy perks and killstrikes.
Besides example iron sights were invented before they even were known in the public or anyone had invented name Call Of Duty.
Cod didnt even invent ANYTHING new. It copied from everybody.
Besides nobody would play cod that has some of unusual skill.

In the beginning CoD just wanted to be a more or less realistic WW2 simulation, wich they managed pretty well, but if you take that away and make it modern warfare or secret operations, there isn't much originality about it anymore...... although they've got plenty of creative stuff in black ops nobody would even think of putting it in a game...
Also, I do think that CoD related suggestions, although many of them are bad, shouldn't be hated that much.
I mean, perks are just things you could customize about your character to make it more individual and more fitting to the situation, wich isn't a bad idea, but if you suggest it with the words "in CoD, there's this thing..." or just suggest it using the CoD-term, everyone freaks out.
Although I do agree that perks are more or less the only thing from CoD that could be used for UrT
