Well. Dust2 is a clockwork job. If You analyze layout, You must start truly respect level designers from Valve Corporation. Also - Dust is big in terms of size - but it's size is almost unnoticeable due to many long passages.
My map is not huge in BM - It's huge in TS or TDM. In Bomb Mode You have two mission areas where players SHOULD go (if they not goofing around playing TS style). Both mission areas are close to each other in case of betting on the wrong bomb spot by blue team.
Try this map in BM. I calculated every corner and every camp spot has anti-camp possibilities. Map has been timed precisely - blue team always will be on mission areas first, but red team has many possibilities to get them whacked and plant funny ticking package of happiness

- don't use minlight, especially with that big value;
- remove these ugly, filthy patch meshes and make terrain with triangle brushes;
- r_speeds are ~30k most of the time, mostly because of patch meshes, but also because of poor hinting;
- some areas are so empty;
- barrels have ugly placed texture - use models click click click
- surfacelight for skyshader is generally bad idea;
- textures from ut4_workshopswindows folder are 10mb itself thats quite much, and try to reduce number and size of textures, remember that .pk3 size will increase even more with normal and bumpmaps;
