select security
edit all the permissions to allowed
create a new iourtded to your desktop
right click it
select properties
select security
edit the target

you have to run the server with the iourtded.exe not with ioUrbanTerror.exe

I am im opening the server via urtded shortcut, and then running urt and checking, even tho i set ded to 2 its still in local
