Ok, as for BW, for rate = 8000 remember for the lesser techie among us thats 8Kb/Sec in a download window roughtly, so for 12 clients that = 92
So you need all of a 1 MBit Pipe to host that server. So with "give is 1 Mbit per 12 Man server
so for 5 servers in terms of bandwidth you will need a good 5 MBits to be safe.
as for load, i have tested a 16 man Urban Terror server 3.5 Granted since i last tested this, and it used 26% or 512 Ram and 12.5 to 20% of a AMD Athlon XP 2000, so that works out at
Roughtly 128MB or ram for each 16 man server
and about 400 MHz to 500 Mhz of processor for each server,
this value tends to spike a bit when the server changes map. but thats expected, so depending on your servers use, it may or may not be acceptable.
So as a answer
3 GHx CPU could handle about 6 at a push, 5 safely
and for ram it could do 16!
So guess i just proved what the other guys where saying 5 is really your lot
