Well, we are playing multiplayer with my friend, 1 vs 1 with Hamachi, we use it to play 1 vs 1. It works great, but we downloaded some maps from internet and we both put them to home folder, .q3a and q3ut4 so the maps should be in right folder. (We both got Ubuntu) But, when i make server up again, we go to server and when we are watching the map list in vote, only one of our downloaded maps came to list. How i can make it see all maps in /home/lol/.q3a/q3ut4

You don't see them because maps don't have .arena files, or You have too many custom maps (there is limit how many maps will be displayed). You can run map using /map [mapname] in console, or /callvote map [mapname]
