Hi, I have read several threads about how to fix this problem but it doesn't work. Nothing works. I click the io app thing to open it and it appeared on my dock, the actual window where i would play the game opens, the window is just bright white, then it closes.
Any help would be appreciated! thanks!

did you redownload it? mabye it couldnt completly download a file because of download trafic.
