Which one should buy?

Hi, with upcoming release of UrT 4.2 i'v decided to buy a new computer and change my old one, as i recived so much good help on this forums i want your help again since with my new computer i decidedly must change my old 15" CTR screen to.
I was told by a friend that no matter what i buy i must chose only viewsonic because of it's superior quality, but i only find LCD screens done by viewsonic in my country.
Monitor Lcd 22" Vx2239wm Viewsonic Hdmi Full Hd http://articulo.merc...dmi-full-hd-_JM
And i can also buy LED but only found LG and Samsung
Monitor Led Lg 23" E2341v Full Hd - Tv X Hdmi Dvi Sal. Audio http://articulo.merc...i-sal-audio-_JM
Monitor Led 22" Samsung Bx2250 Full Hd 1920x1080 Hdmi X 2 Vga http://articulo.merc...dmi-x-2-vga-_JM
The viewsonic LCD cost 25% more than the Lg or Samsung options on LED. Which would be the smartest buy?. Most important for me is quality, whatever i buy must function properly for not less than 5 years, considering that, wich will be the best option with playing UrT in mind?
I'v founded also another options in smaller screens (19") with the same resolution than the 22" and 23" screens, the cost is similar. Is there any advantage to consider in a 19" over a 23/22" if they use the same resolution?

60 or 120Hz?
TN or IPS panel (TN faster IPS better quality but slower)?
19" will have more pixels per inch (on same resolution).
23" will be bigger so you will sit further away from the screen.

Option 1:($2.014)
Lcd 22" Vx2239wm Viewsonic Hdmi Full Hd
2ms response time
Full HD 1080p resolution and 16:9 aspect ratio
HDMI cable
Frecuency: Fh: 24~83kHz, Fv: 50~76Hz
Panel Surface: Anti-glare, hard coating (3H)
Option 2:($1450)
Led Lg 23" E2341v hdmi Full Hd
Full HD 1080p
5ms response time
HDMI cable
IPS/TN: TN
Frecuence:
Analog
30~83kHz/56~75Hz
Digital
30~83kHz/56~75Hz
Option 3: ($1430)
Led 22 Samsung Bx2250 Full Hd 1920x1080 Hdmi X 2 Vga
21,5" Full HD 1080p 1920x1080
2ms response time
HDMI
Option 4: ($1300)
Led Acer S212hl 21.5 22 Full Hd Hdmi Dvi Vga Slim
21,5" Full HD 1080p DMI/DVI/VGA
16:9
5ms response time
60Hz refresh rate
Panel: TN
Is the refresh rate releated with the fps?
TN or IPS (i think none of those is IPS) with better quality you mean more durability or better image quality? is the speed difference significant?, and the image quality?
I can put my screen as far or close as i want, i just think "bigger is better if the price is the same".
Is any of those choses a good choice or i should keep looking? if any better option (in those prices) which would it be?

Correct me if i'm wrong but, refresh rate have nothing to do with FPS ... Personnaly Id go with the samsung .. they're kwown to have the deepest black .. I got the 2232 GW and pretty satisfied with it ... (paid 200$ on sale)... where the F**K did you get those pricings.. at that price i'd expect a higher res screen My link

@OlympicSmoker: You are wrong :)
you can see more fps on higher refresh rates. if you have 60 hz your monitor can draw 60 fps, if you have 75 75. Basicly is higher refresh rates = more seeable fps. But you don't need a refresh rate of 120, 60 is standard and you don’t need much more. At some point your eyes cant see all frames.
@BRAVO: Well, i have a monitor from HannsG and it works :) HannsG is quite inexpensive for monitors, you get an 23" full-HD 3d monitor for about 140€
ObScUrE asked the right questions, what do you want to use you screen for? if you just want to play games you should take a fast and cheap one, if you need something for video editing.. not.

I would personally go for the acer or samsung. I've never had problems with either of those brands. I use a 23" Acer(sounds similar to option 4) and it works fine for me.
BTW his prices are in his own currency, so $2000 in Argentina is around $450 USD.
