Well i downloaded 4.2 beta on my macintosh
i tried to install it and this window came up.



so i clicked on "ok" and it said it installed it but
when i tried to start up the game it didnt work :(

any help please?

This is easy. Close that box. Then right click on your Urban Terror 4.2 folder. Click get info, then at the bottom there are all of your permissions. Change all of them to read and write and you should be fine.

you have to put the 4.2 folder into your applications than run the installer.

i'm installing it right now and if its installed do i just have to start
the game icon? or will their be a new 1?

its called quake3-urt now just run that or if you want to connect to a ip its urt-launcher i think. YES NO MORE TYPING IP IN URT ANYMORE!

HELP ME ! Sorry i have problem with opening the game anytime I try open file my whole system crashes.

My os x is Snow Leopard.

This thing hapennd tome second time becouse first time it was with URT Launcher the same thing happend => crash of whole system.

Any sugestions. I'm stuck without playing for nearly half year. I was thinking it will be something great new relese but reality ended my dream of playing anymore here :(

Try to remove everything urt on your comp (install folder & herdir/library/application support/Quake3 folder & maybe q3ut4 folder in the same place) and download the whole 4.2 archive from the site to see if it works installing it in Applications (or any subfolder in there).
